For clients who need consultation about several stylistic ideas for interior design or part of the interior, for clients who have enough time to independently engage in further elaboration of the project. 

package includes

• Situation assessment – going out on the field or online assessment based on the floor plan with dimensions

• Consultations with clients

• Conceptual floor plan solution for the interior or part of the interior (kitchen, bathroom, pieces of furniture). The presentation is at the level of a sketch, 2D drawing or collage with the furniture suggestions, materials and decorations (shopping list with illustration). The package includes one conceptual solution, several solutions or changes by agreement.

• The price offer for the implementation of finishing works in the interior or the production of furniture in cooperation with our subcontractors. In case of the price offer acceptance for the planned performance, our studio controls and supervises the works for which we are engaged and ensures that everything is performed according to our conceptual design. 

PREMIUM PACKAGE –
– TOTAL DESIGN PROJECT WITH SUPERVISION

FOR WHOM?

For clients who want total design of interior or part of the interior and the implementation of works on a “turnkey basis”, for clients who are not present in the country (live or work abroad) or for those who do not have enough time to start independently in the process of organization and control of works.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• The situation assessment – going out on the field or online assessment based on the floor plan

• Consultations with clients

• Development of a conceptual design with max. 3 solution changes (details, decors).

• Elaboration of project documentation for the adopted conceptual design of the interior (2D floor plan, presentation of the idea with 3D visualization, sketches of space or collage-moodboard).

• Detailed elaboration of the project implementation, water position scheme, electricity and lighting scheme, description of floor and wall coverings and colors, etc.

• Development of a detailed specification, project description with price offers.

• Proposals for the purchase of furniture, lighting, materials and decorations – collecting price offers, selection of materials in salons.

• Service of hiring our subcontractors: engagement of contractors and organization and control of works, constant consultations and collaboration, elaboration of details on the project field.

• Note: Quality control and warranty on the performed work is given by the contractor company, while we provide the service of design supervision (we control that all works are performed in accordance with our conceptual design in order to avoid errors).
• There is a possibility of hiring a professional consultant if necessary, eg. a civil engineer or structural engineer if the walls needs to be demolished, windows and doors needs to be moved, for installations etc.

• The service ends after the completion of works, reviewed situation after the project implementation and signing of the handover documents.
